Wool Filled Bedding

Support and Comfort, for a Better Night’s Sleep. Wool bedding is the natural solution for a perfect night’s sleep. Our wool products offer soft, springy, body-conforming support, which eases painful pressure points giving you the wonderful, insulating qualities that only pure wool offers. Sleep studies conducted by the American Wool Council have shown that when you sleep on wool you sleep more soundly and are less likely to toss, turn and wake up throughout the night. Six separate research studies conducted in four countries, indicated that relaxed sleep, induced by wool, has health and therapeutic benefits. In fact, 90% of 700 users reported relief from stiffness and pain. All Wool pillows, comforters and mattress pad products are made from 100% American wool, which has a much higher degree of crimp than its foreign competitors. Therefore, American wool has a superior "springiness" that will add life to your mattress cover.

Mattress Pads: Heavy weight wool mattress pads have a wool fill at approximately 42¾ oz. per sq. yd. The cover is a 230 thread count natural 100% cotton material with 1" elastic corner straps for a secure fit. Tufted with circle stitches for strength and durability. Lighter weight filling available upon request. Dry cleanable.

Choose your style from the 2 different weights:

  • Regular is an ideal choice for year-round comfort, 31 oz per square yard approximately 1½" inch thick.
  • Deluxe is 43 oz per square yard, approximately 2" thick.

Pillows: Select your pillow style with wool fillings from a soft 1½ pounds up to a firm 3 pounds of filling.

Why Use Wool?

From arctic cold to tropic
heat; wool works because of its ability to act as a natural thermostat.

In summer - you snooze cool because of wool's ability to wick moisture away from you on muggy, hot summer nights. A single fiber can absorb 30% of its weight in body vapor thus cooling you down. No more sticky sheets!

In winter - you doze cozy because wool is a natural insulator. Air spaces between the fibers trap body heat and circulate warm air next to your body. You are warm on the coldest nights.

Environmentally Safe - Wool and cotton are natural fibers. What more natural way  is there to produce a material than to grow it on the backs of sheep? You can rest easy knowing that synthetic materials were not released into the environment for the manufacturing of our products.

Sleep Soundly, Sleep Better

Wool's naturally crimped fibers form a springy, cushioned support that cradles your body, relieving pressure points, muscle aches and back pain. Nothing soothes the body and reduces body fatigue like wool. You sleep better on wool because you quickly fall into a deep, restful sleep. In the morning, you're recharged for the day ahead. While wool is not a miracle cure, it has soothing qualities that help those who suffer from arthritis, rheumatism, and injuries. Hospitals have used wool for years to enhance their patient's comfort. It is a natural sleeping aid for a better night's rest.
